I provide counseling to individuals and families in the Umpqua Valley and beyond, both virtually and in person.

My heart is to help you grow in your ability to love God, yourself, and others. For me, Christ is the center of my life. At the same time, you do not have to share my faith in order to feel welcomed, respected, and supported here. My desire is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with care, honesty, and compassion. At no time will religion be pushed on you.

I offer support and encouragement by helping you better understand yourself so you can begin to work with who you are, rather than against yourself. Sometimes simply understanding why we think, feel, and respond the way we do can open the door to real growth and healing.

Together, we can look at the challenges you are facing from a new perspective, whether they involve family relationships, work stress, codependency, ongoing emotional struggles, or patterns that have been difficult to change.

As you find greater balance in your life, you can begin to experience healthier relationships, more peace within yourself, and more life-giving ways of responding to stress and everyday challenges.
